Collections and collection pages in ReAI.
Collections organize published products. The same list can become a grid, a compact catalog or a photo story. The design needs no separate copy of product data.
Follow the flow
- Publish products with public handles and market prices.
- Choose products and ordering manually, or use an automated rule in ReAI.
- Fetch the result from the Site API. Let the website control presentation.
Curation and rules
A manual collection is a chosen, ordered list. Automated collections use rules; the test store groups products branded ReAI Demo. ReAI materializes membership before delivery. The website should not evaluate rules again.
Try different layouts
Index offers attribute filters, search, price sorting and grid/list layouts. Featured restores API ordering. Search and sorting here operate in the browser on the delivered collection. Famme and Lookbook show photo-based navigation with clearly labelled fixtures.
Filters from the product model
The Site API delivers category, product type and structured attributes. Index and standard collection pages build filters from that collection’s products. Color selections use stable entry IDs, so labels can change without changing identity. Choices within a group mean OR; different groups mean AND. Solgul and ReAI-blå describe the symbolic test products’ illustrations, not physical goods.
Find a variant that meets every condition
Color, size, price and availability must match the same variant. A blue M variant must not match just because a red S variant is in stock. Counts represent products, and displayed prices belong to matching variants. Available only loads fresh availability separately. Filter URLs can be shared, and browser back restores the selections.
Membership is not availability
A variant may be sold out while its product belongs to a collection. Fetch availability separately; checkout revalidates price and stock. Use the same market and locale across catalog, details and cart.

Membership + ordering → grid / list / photo story
Variant IDs → fresh availability → checkout validation
