From checkout to orders, delivery and accounting.
ReAI brings together online commerce, point of sale and accounting. You can follow the sale in the same platform. Payment, fulfillment, invoicing and settlement remain separate steps with their own statuses.
Follow the flow
- The storefront displays published data and collects variant IDs and quantities.
- Checkout validates and uses payment or permitted invoice checkout.
- The merchant follows confirmed orders and payment outcomes in ReAI.
- Fulfillment, invoicing, refunds and settlement are followed up in the platform.
Pay now or sell on credit
Adyen handles configured payment methods. B2B can create an unpaid invoice order after company search. The merchant issues the invoice and can send EHF later when recipient and configuration permit it. An invoice order must not be marked paid merely because checkout completed.
Physical fulfillment or digital products
Physical products can use shipping, pickup points or local collection when configured for the Site. A label is not proof of delivery. Live products here are digital: test payments deliver nothing, donations support development and gift cards are manually redeemed through post@reai.no after confirmed payment.
Point of sale, storefront and accounting
In-store sales use ReAI point of sale; the storefront uses the Site API and hosted checkout. The merchant handles orders, payments and accounting in ReAI with appropriate access and setup. The Site API exposes published store data, not private accounting. Returning to the website does not confirm payment; invoice, payment and settlement are distinct steps.
Storefront → published catalog + variants + availability
Checkout → payment OR unpaid invoice order
ReAI → order / fulfillment / invoice / refund
Settlement + reconciliation → accounting
A return URL ≠ confirmed payment
A label ≠ delivery
An invoice order ≠ paid order
